At Osceola Middle school, they have students in grades 6th through 8th. Mckenna is a 6th grader here.
In their BRAVO classes (sortof like a lifeskills class,) they teach 11 life values: each year they award 2 students from each Value with the prestigious award of a Golden Binder. This year Mckenna won (with one other student,) for Most adaptable. So this means that next school year for the first Semester she will be able to carry around a Golden Binder instead of the required blue binder for 7th graders and all the students will know she is special.
She also got a Honor Roll shout out and for those awards they give an Osceola "O". It is just like a letterman's jacket letter. Next year if she gets on the Honor roll, she will recieve a Silver bar and then the next year (her last at that school before High School,) if she gets on the Honor Roll she will get a gold bar all to put on her Letter...
She was so excited about me meeting her friends. I met Heather and Sam. Heather lives in the neighborhood that we wanted to move in but now will be moving into a different one away from Both Heather AND Sam.
Sam is probably the closest of the two friends. Mckenna has gone to an end of the year lake party/sleepover and then just hung out at Lake Weir at Sam's beach cottage for another the day.
All of Mckenna's friends here are blonde except for a 2 girls at Church- Maggie and Elle. The rest Blonde, which to me is very interesting. And do you think that Mckenna and Sam could be sisters? All the kids at school think they do!

Mckenna,
Great work!! Makes us feel proud to be related.
Agree: Heather could be your sister and looks very much like your Aunt Diana did at that age.
L.O.V.E. that binder idea! Seriously, I wish we had a similar incentive.
